Jean Ferguson (Tenor), has been a Sweet Adeline since 1977.  She has been part of several choruses:  Watchung View, Millstone Valley, and now Liberty Oak.  She was so excited to be competing for the first time on the International Contest stage with Liberty Oak in Seattle in 2010.  She has also sung in several quartets over the years. She lives in Monroe, NJ.  When she’s not singing with Impulse or Liberty Oak, she is spending a lot of her time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Tyler, Kassidy, Kaileigh and Mackenna.

Katie Blackwood (Lead), has been a Sweet Adeline since 1991. She is a 5-time quartet champion and 6-time international quartet competitor. She has been directing the Liberty Oak Chorus in Region #15 since 2005 and in 2009 achieved the honor of becoming a “Master Director,” a status bestowed by Sweet Adelines International. She is a “barbershop brat” and dedicates her time in the organization in honor of her mom’s 40-year plus membership in SAI and for her dad, who sang for many years in BHS before his passing.  When she is not directing, singing or coaching…well, that just never happens!

Lynn Weiner (Baritone), has been enjoying the art of barbershop singing since 1999, when she joined her first chorus and became a member of the Sweet Adelines organization. In 2007, Lynn became a member of the Liberty Oak Chorus and the following year became the baritone of her first competitive quartet, Sweet Revival, receiving a 4th place regional medal. Lynn is proud to have competed on the International stage for the first time with the Liberty Oak Chorus in Seattle and again in Denver. She is grateful to be singing with Impulse! and enjoys every opportunity to perform with them. Lynn appreciates all the love and support she gets from her husband Jeffrey, and their son Matthew, in pursuing her passion for singing.

Linda Bridge (Bass), has been a Sweet Adeline since 2006 and is proud to be a member of the Liberty Oak chorus. She has joyfully competed as the bass of two quartets since joining Sweet Adelines, Impulse!, being her second endeavor. She is a retired electrician now working as a licensed massage therapist. She has two wonderful children, Jessica and Patrick, and a beautiful grandson Wyatt!  At one time she sang in a rock band with her son and says barbershop is certainly a different genre of music, but it’s all about the harmonies. She also sings close harmony with a women’s doo wop trio called "The New Dimensions" She looks forward to sharing the stage with "Impulse!" in the coming years and sharing her joy of harmony!
